A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per apartment. In addition, monthly pet rent of $30 per pet will apply. A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted per apartment, and no pet may exceed 75 pounds. For the safety and well-being of all residents, pets must be non-aggressive in behavior and comply with all community rules. Animals that demonstrate aggressive behavior or pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others are not permitted. Additional restrictions may apply in accordance with insurance requirements.
This pet policy does not apply to assistance animals, including service animals or emotional support animals, which are evaluated separately in compliance with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations.
